Hello sir, My query is as follows regarding availing Duty drawback in absence of Invalidation letter. We are and EPC contracting firm and supplying material/equipment to customer who is EPCG license holder. This is a case of materials imported by our vendors for manufacturing within India and being supplied within India. What if we as a CONTRACTOR unable to avail an invalidation letter for Imported material/item and end up paying custom duty i.e. approx. 24%, can we claim 98% custom duty under Duty draw back scheme under section 75 since the same items are supplied (re-expoted) to customer. Pls throw some light on this matter.

Now my query is, who all are the users of MCA "View Pubic Documents" or say "Inspection of company Records". We also would like to have a rough idea on %share of users for these documents. Sir, we are a manufacturer, having a exciseable unit, now wants to (AS a Merchant Exporter) export, purchasing from another state (Exciseable unit). what is the formality to do continue export every quarter by filing some kind of form / Bond, etc., the original manufacturer and merchant exporter, both are from different state. and we (Merchant Exporter) wants to export directly from original Manufacturers place. if we provide a bond, under which can we re export again, if we already submitted earlier export documents. and bond is having a validity. can we get any chapter/ rule / link pertaining to this...? which office issue such permissions... ? Pls suggest.
