what is export license? what is the procedure to get it? what is the upper limit to export restricted goods by obtaining such permit, will we have to obtain permit each time for export of restricted goods or single time for the specified quantity? pls comment...

My company was importing inputs, using in manufacture, selling it to SEZ. Cenvat credit on the same has been claimed under rebate. SEZ is paying in INR. Can my company get drawback of Basic customs duty paid on import of inputs if yes what is the procedure and documents required for the same. Thanking you in advance
