We a registered dealer in west bengal, want to buy certain machinery from manufacturer in Maharashtra, whose dealer is in west bengal so we have to make payment to the dealer as per the agreement. now w e want to avail benifit of 2% CST and not paying 4% state Vat. Can we do so?
