Sir, I have received your reply for my query regarding B-1 Bond. My my confusion still pending. Just I question is: My B-1 bond in Kanpur Division, Can I purchase in Kanpur Local against B-1 bond ??

dear sir, our company is 2 year ild,we have EPCG license for machine ,the present directors are resigning & selling their share to new director. In this case EPCG license for all present directors has a bank guarantee of 1.75 lakhs. so what will be the EPCG procedure when old directors resigns or sales total share to new director,what will be the procedure so that EPCG liability can be transfer the new director?

Dear Sir, How can i download Ebrc from DGFT site, I want copy of each Ebrc as earlier issued by bank. can you mail me complete procedure and site on my mail id krp_jpr@hotmail.com,I can see Ebrc in DGFT site but unable to download, their status is available only but unable to download
