Dear sir, My Self B.Nath Asst. Manager of a Limited company. we have made third party export and the Triplicate copy of ARE-1 we have submitted to excise department which is normal practice in case of export. now my other fellow insisting that we have to give Triplicate copy of ARE-1 to the third party who has exported the goods on our behalf. plz suggest on urgent basis.
