I have to submit a quotation for a big cooling tower system on LSTK basis. The tender documents term it as 'indivisible contract' but price is to be quoted separately for Materials (Supplies) and Services (erection cost). My question: Is ST lapplicable on total lump sum cost of work or just on the cost of services (i.e., erection price). Please advise urgently. Thanks in advance.

Hi, I have posted a query for experts on the same subject in "Custom" category. Would like to know 1. the procedure to renew the EH status. We received the recognition certificate dated 19.12.2013 and is valid upto 31.03.2014. Export commitment is not an issue anyway. 2. Is there a deadline before which the application for renewal be submitted? 3. Where can I find the info in the HBP / FTP 2009-14? Any URL known / available???
