Transfer on medical grounds Can I take leave of 3 months when I am registered with a principal. That is I will show leave of 90days when I submit my Form 109. 1. will it delay my attempt? 2. Is transfer like this permissible or its compulsorily to not be registered for 3 months?

Dear sir, i am Raja i am a proprietor of a new export company i am going to import a colour sorter machine from china for which i required EPCG licence, for that i have prepared all the documents through an agent, but he tells me that i must give a bank guarantee of the amount which i get waiver from epcg, because i have not yet started export, so i need to give the bank guarantee, but i have gone for the loan for my capital good itself here after i cannot ready for the amount for bank guarantee, so kindly can you refer any alternative please,reply as soon as possible my mobile no-9894915584
