Dear Sir , Iam from telangana( New state). My brother has sent a used loptop from sweden to Karimnagar.( My brother took it to sweden in 2012. ) Presently Loptop in Chennai Customs but they said they cannot deliver until we produce NOC certificate which is department of Ministry of Environment and forests. Therefore i am requesting you to tell me how to approach to get this certificate. Details of Laptop : 1. Dell Make 2. Purchased in 2010 in Hyd.
