Hi Experts i am an accountant, one of my employee taken Housing loan (different dates in this previous year) amount 20,00,000 (interest free loan). how to calculate interest with different dates and also while taking interest as a perquisite as a salary & wages. but how to get benefit for employee side is there any deduction from income from house property? repayable demand 8 yrs. plz guided me. and how to different dates calculation interest. -

Depreciation on Vehicels .we have purchased Scorpio on 30-12-2010 and sold it 31-12-2012 for the mount of Rs 690000/- .so how to calculate dep on the vehicle and how can i account it. plz do the need full.Thank you sir -
