I am a post graduate in Commerce and hold a  bachelors degree in general laws alongwith professional qualifications as a Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant and as a Company Secretary.I have more than a decade post qualification experience as a Chartered and Cost Accountant mainly in the Infrastructure industry.I love to demystify facts and make everyone understand complex laws,rules and regulations in simple layman language.I love to keep abreast of the latest changes in the field of Management,Accounts,Finance Taxation,audit and Corporate Laws. I look forward to a life dedicated to Professional practice post retirement.

    Can answer questions in the field of accounting,indirect,direct taxes taxes,Costing, Finance,Audit and Company Law.Will not answer questions on State Level VAT and local taxes other than Karnataka.
