Does the RBI/ FEMA regulations pertaining to investment by Indian company in JV/WOS abroad, apply to companies giving corporate loans to JV/WOS of sister concerns/group company? for eg. Does this regulation apply for corporate loan from TATA tea/ TATA power to Jaguar Land rover (WOS of TATA motors)? If not, is there any regulation applicable for this case? Please provide the regulations for cross border intercorporate loans if possible.
