sir how much is the condonation for delay. and sir is it possible to send the form 109 along with the condonation of delay by post as i am not in the city in which i got regsitered. plz reply. and thank you very much for the prompt reply.

Hi Vikaram and Nisha.......... File Form-109 with Institute with condonation of delay and register your transfer with Institute. It does not matter and the Institute will accept the same. There is no time limit foe re registration in article ship. If you got the new Principal for article ship then join and file Form-102 and 103 with Institute with in 30 days from joining.

resp Sir, I am also facing the same problem as nisha is facing. i had terminated my articleship on 5th March 2013. It began on 15th March 2012. So it is below 1 year. i have not submitted Form 109 as yet because of college exams. Please reply as to what i should do.

Sir, I've took a transfer from my previous employer on 11th of Feb'13 (date of expiry of my 1 yr's training: 14th of Feb'13). But due to serious family issues i could not take a new registration till 13th April'13. Also the transfer form could not be sent then. Now I'm suggested to clarify the situation and know the penalties if any in this case. As far as i'm getting it, i shud send the transfer form alongwith my new registration accompanying an application. Kindly guide me.....
