Dear Professional Colleagues I have a query related to appointment of auditor inplace of existing auditor before expiry of term of appointment i.e conclusion of next agm in which they appointed. M/s ABC Pvt Ltd appoint a Mr X an auditor other then existing auditor in extra ordinary meeting for financial year 2012-2013. Whether TDS deductible only when transaction exceeds Rs. 50 Lakhs? or Even when sale agreement value of Rs. 70 Lakhs. I will pay 10 installments, in this scenario, tds@ 1% will be deductible?
