Dear Sir, you have replied my earlier doubt regarding Excess leave period, Now i have one more doubt can i send Form 107 matter printed on a non-judicial stamp paper get it signed by my principal and send it to ICAI. Is it valid as franked FORM 107 Thanks in Advance

Yes, it will affect your article ship by 27 days, and it can extend your final attempt if in future any excess leave hapend.

My 1st year of articleship will complete on 20/7/13. I got Form 109 and got signed from my CA sir on 3/07/13. My new office CA sir told I can join from 1/8/13. My doubt is, there is a gap of 27 days between old office and new office. That gap is ok? Will it affect my Articleship completion date? Thanks in advance.

In a firm carrying out mfg. activity (10yr), father, mother, son and huf are partners. Son left India n now NRI. Firm sold off entire assets of the firm. Parents propose to send funds < $2 lakh (partly towards son's share of assets and balance '?') Q1. Whether this is Repatriation at all since invested when in India and out of funds in India? Q2.
