sir, i have a TDS certificate is in name of wife of Mr.L. this income is being accrued from FD in her wife name but actually,the amount is transferred from his husband (i.e. Mr. L) to her by bank entries. So, what is the legal implications and whether such income would be added back in hands of her husband because this is the clear case of tax evasion.

according to new notification, we have to complete gmcs-1 within completion of 1st year of articles. my articles registration date is 10-07-2012, it applies to me. now its already 1 year completed, now what are the circumstances i have to face?? will it create a problem if i do gmcs now?? please reply
