Payment of gratuity. Dear sir, Please clarify me the following For Payment of Gratuity the eligible years of serivce can be taken as 4 Years and 8 months of completed serivce..? or one has to work for a whole period of 5 years to avail gratuity..? Request any one to clarify this doubt to me. I am working in a pvt company. My DOJ is 03-11-2008. now i put my papers here. Do i need to stay back here upto 4 th of November 2013 inorder to avail gratuity. If i get relieved on 31st october 2013 whether it will affect my gratuity? Please give me clarifications regarding this. My company says i will not be entitled for gratuity as my relieving date is 31st oct 2013 Please kindly explore the possible ways to get the same. sir i have registered for articleship before oct 31 2012 and my final exam date as per regulations will be may 2015 but in the middle of articleship i had opted for termination and registered articleship under another firm , I took 2 months time for the termination and registration so my articleship end date is extended for 2 months , so these may effect my final examination date i.e may 2015

i'm doing articleship after passing ipcc 1st group, in june i have cleared icwa inter both groups. while joining articleship i didnt inform icai about icwa. now whether i should inform or no? if i should inform, then wat icai may react? and if i dont intimate about icwa to ca institute, then wat problems may arise in the future? i heard that ca institute will charge some fine of Rs.1000/-.. after knowing the details of other course.. is it right?? please reply sir...

WHILE ONLINE LOGIN, I FOUND THAT THERE IS AN OUTSTANDING TAX-DEMAND FOR AY-10-11. FOR AY:10-11, I FILED MANUALLY THAT TIME. I DIDN'T GOT EMAIL OR HARD COPY AT MY ADDRESS FOR DEMAND NOTICE. SO NOW WAHT TO DO. i am a govt servant. what to do. Rectification or revised return
