Dear Sir, ABC Pvt Limited incorporated in 2005 and not having any business operations for last 5 years. The company has not filed any annual filing form since incorporation. The company has filed Its IT return upto year 2008-09. I want to close that company under sec 560 through Fast Track Exit mode. I want to know that there is any requirement to filed all the IT return pending for the year 2009-10 to 2012-13. If i file form FTE without filing pending IT return, Is there is any possibility that the case comes into scrutiny With IT department. Please suggest the best possible way out. Thank in Advance!
