dear sir i have client with 52 lacs turn over and net profit is 1.73 lacs only in AS 2012-13 in transport business he claim 3.3% profit depreciation is Rs.13.88 lacs can i file return without audit can i increase profit up to 8% so that 44AD applicable With Regards nilesh dhola
