Dear sir, Please tell me solution to my query In the AGM Notice and Director Report for F.Y 2012-2013 I have mentioned Mr. A as Auditor for F.Y 2013-2014 and uploaded Form 23AC & ACA . Then I have uploaded Form 23B for Financial Year 2013-2014 where I have appointed Mr. B as Auditor . Company wants to appoint Mr. B as auditor . Please tell me how can we rectify this mistake. Should we have to visit ROC personally and get it rectified because some one has told me that there is no need to resubmit Form 23AC & ACA again. navneetlegal@gmail.com

Sir We had done appointmnet of additional directors in a private limited company in 2010 and file their Form -32. Are we requiredto file another form 32 for change of designation from additional director to director. Please help.
