Sir, at present my client company has an authorised share capital of 20 crores divided into 20 lacs equity shares of 100 each. Now, it has to be changed to 19 crores equity share capital and 1 crore preference share capital, i.e 1 crore authorised equity capital has to be converted to preference. Please suggest how to go about it

Sorry to PM you for this, but its very urgent ! My IPCC results would be out this 5th Feb, which i hope to clear both group.. Problem is that i am doing regular day(11-5) college.. As i am pursuing Eco(h), i chose this time.. i want to do MBA later ! My graduation will complete next year.. I have come to know that i cant attend day college and articleship together.. So, either i have to shift myself to some evening college or postpone articleship by one year.. Do i have any 3rd option, like pursuing both together ?.. I would not need to go college in last year at all... What would you suggest me, assuming a good result in IPCC ??

sir i am doing my final year....n i am also cpt student faild for cpt.....i want to register as provisiona for ipcc,,,,so how can i do?plzz tell,,,,on application form i have to tick mark both option i.e existing cpt student n provisionally registration??

Sir, can you also advice if there is any time limit for signing of Board minutes? As per section 193, I can interpret that it can be signed by the next board meeting. But one of my senior most advisor has said it has to be mandatoraly be signed within 30 days? is this true. I know you are ann expert in company law, but am unable to judge this
