Dear Sir, I Have a query w.r.t. incorporation of company with huf as promoter, 1. can a mention "dk huf" under the list of promoter in form 1A if yes then what category to opt body corporate / other category/individual. 2. is it okay only to mention main object in short (one line) in form 1A and give detailed main object in memorandum.or is it compulsory to give detailed main object as will come in moa to mention in form 1A as well thanks in advance
