sir, i have registered for cs executive and i completed test and e-sip..i hav exams in june 2013...i got message from institute that i hav to send fresh d.d for dishonouring cs course.otherwise my registration wil be cancelled...can u plz tel me wat would be reason for this..and also tel me weather it affects on exam

@Nikita.......... Yes, the error will show...... The section 269 says Form- 25C will be file with in 90 days from the date of appointment. So you will file Form-25C with in 90 days from 25/06/2013. No need to file today such Form. Section permit to appoint MD with in 2 year before the end of tenure but it not says that file such form before expiry of his term.

Dear Sir, Myself CSNitika Gupta. I am working as ACS in a Company. Sir I m facing a problem if u can help? We had conducted a BM for reappointment of MD on 14th Feb, 2013 and effective date of reappointment is 25/06/2013.when we try to upload form 25A an error of timie limit expired is coming.Please guide me regarding the same.
