@Bidisha........... Yes, prior approval of Institute is required for any transfer, whether it is taken in first year or any time of article ship. After approval, u will file Form-109.

@CA Rajesh............. Wait for few days, MCA21 is updated their system. You also check you Java software as per MCA requirement.

Sir, I am facing problem while uploading DIN1 form even after its prescrutiny. The process showing that the form upload is compleate and after some time the screen automaticaly quits without asking for payment
