Hi Sir, My company is having an turnover of Rs. 100 crores, but have not appointed CS, so my company has received an show cause notice for the same. I want to know what to reply to that show cause notice?

@ Ajay sir :- Thanks for reply. Pending approval under reulation 17 (6)means that the eForm is pending for the want of requisite approval from Central Government, Regional Director, Company Law Board or any other competent authority.So i should meet them?
