    hii sir i want to know regarding vat registration , in my case i am wholesellar of bag and i want to register for vat and cst .my place of business is baramathi(pune) but problem is i am not maintening proper sale and purchase invoice , and my turnover is i think above 500000 then what i do in this case please suggest me

    Dear Sir, we have opened a new company for exports. As we are new we dont have VAT/CST number . we get products from other company in india and export it to the cliebts in Abroad. So we haven't carried any Order. we are stucked with doubt that can we avail H - form . As we are not joined with VAT/CST regirations , can we provide H -form to the company from where we are getting our products so that we can avail exemptions on both the taxes. i would be glad to hear my answer as i am getting inquiries but we are stucked up ,please help with proper solution for our problem , we would be sincerely wating for your reply,Warm regards, Chirag Bhosale . +919552079167

    I am one of the two directors in the company. The other director refused to attend any board meetings and thus has vacated his position pursuant to section 283(1)(g). The question is – what is the procedure to appoint another director to replace him? Can I being the only of the first directors left convene a board meeting and appoint another director?
