    Dear SIr I`m an Enterprenur. Recently i made an Dealer Excise Registration for passing on the Modvat Invoice. I`m a Second Stage Buyer. Please let me know the details i have to get from my supplier to pass on the modvat invoice to my customer. Second, how the taxation is to be done? Third, If you have any format for excise invoice please send across the same. I have holded all my materials without dispatching as i coulndt make the excise invoice. Please help me out!!!     Sir, Thanks for the information you provided for the applicant seeking registration. We have principal place of Sales at Borivali-West, Mumbai-400092 and additional place of sales at Kandivali-West, Mumbai-400067. We applied for the Service Tax Registration. Unknowingly we applied at Division-I but the office says it comes under Division-IV, We shall ammend the same. Sir, We are appointed as a francisee by MTS for Mumbai suburbs. The company collects Service Tax from us. Every Denominations are fixed by the company and every denomination for pre paid for Vioce OR Internet includes Service Tax (MRP Based with Commitments). Instade of collecting service tax from the end user the company collects from us. We are mairly a dealer. Are we suppose to pay and collect Tax from our customers?
