LIFE AS AN ARTICLED ASSISTANT III

I am addressing the students and the community after a long gap of 25 days. I did not take break in Diwali but there was pressure of preparing material of CA Final New Course and hence this long break.

Life continues in the same manner for the articled assistant who tries his best to adjust to the office and the Principal tries to give him the best of time adjustments as he can.

The only thing that remains unanswered is why the rift between CA and Articled Assistant? (in general without hurting anybody and if there is no rift then it is very good).

Life remember is full of Love, Interest, Future and Etiquette. Whenever we look at it then it is always nice. We want to run after the nicer part without seeing that every right has a corresponding duty.

Love: When an Articled Assistant joins the office he must start loving the work he does and the mannerism and the environment. I had also told in my previous articles that distance between opposite sex has to be maintained. There is dignity in what you do. Loving does not mean you keep the papers to your heart but the work at your heart. If you call your client with Sir’s permission and help him out to solve the query or pass on the important message or information to Sir on time then there is a bond between your Sir and you. I have seen many CAs asking the score to Articles. That’s the way bonding takes place. If you keep positive attitude then CA will keep positive attitude. Now all of you have CPT + scenario where you have to face the music of College Principal for attendance and then reach late at Office and reach further late at Coaching  Classes. When you reach your house you are bound to be half dead. You feel irritated and angry. Who suffer? Your parents. My dear students, do no do that. Love is the essence of the life. Love everything what you do!

There are solutions to everything. Finalize the time table to balance your college attendance and then adjust your office timings. Be Honest to your Principal and tell him that we have to face the music if we do not attend and otherwise our exams are at stake. Please help us out. Please word has much power and it does half the job for you. But it has to be told in polite tone and dignified manner. Mundi zukane mein koi insult nahin hein. Remember SRK telling Rani in KKHH: Aadmi ka sir teen jagah zukta hein:

“Durga Maa, Maa aur….”

Article ka bhi sir teen jagah zukta hein:

“Principal, ICAI and Coaching Classes”.

Hey, that makes you at par with SRK!

Life has to be taken positively. Remember, love what you do. William Pickles stated that, “Love Legal papers, love Organization you work, love Vouchers and love Enterprice you audit”.  

L = Legal

O = Organization

V = Vouchers

E = Enterprise

I always ask my student community only one sentence “Pyar kiya to darna kya?” This pyar is for the work and hence strictly must be read with the context of organization and its work. Follow L and I will define other terms in series very early.

I am yet to communicate on I, F and E. Please read this and follow it.

Please make friends and taste the life in right spirit. I will just sum up in few words: Life is easy if you look at it in the right spirit. You are the creators of your own destiny. You are the writers of your own future.

So please make the most of it in the pleasant manner. There is way and way out for everything.

My five year old son who participated in the fancy dress competition stated as Dhoni states, “Taaquat hamare haath mein hain!” Sounds good. Sounds nice. He begged the first prize for the way he drove his battery operated bike and all of you please start searching for the right chemistry at office by doing the work nicely. Whenever there is fight for no reason then fold your hands and state “OM SHANTI OM”.
