No GST payable on director's salary: Advance Ruling
MARIES 12 May 2020 at 09:28As rightly held by the AAR, Karnataka in the subject case, an Executive Director, who normally holds the managerial position and involves in day to day activities, is an Employee of the Company and thus GST is not applicable on remuneration paid to such Executive Director.
