Everyone these days are addicted to screen whether on mobile phones, desktop or laptop.
These mobile phones are specifically designed to trap you inside an online world. We are so trapped inside these system and social media apps that we know we are trapped and we wish to come out of that but we couldn't as if our mind is hijacked by these devices.
It is becoming impossible for our brain to come out of that trap.
From waking up to going to bed these mobile phones are with us every time and everywhere. The first task of the day is to scroll through messages and check all social media platforms until your eyes, "scream I am on fire".
People will be horrified after knowing their routine that they spend almost all their day on screens. This addiction is dangerous for our health both physically and mentally.

1. Know your current situation first
Whether time you are spending is productive or unproductive. We often end up scrolling a meme page or binge watching a series. This is good for sometimes but making it habit can cause serious health issues. . You should analyze how much time you are devoting to these social media sites.
2. Hide the apps on which you spend most of your time and which are least productive
Everyone knows the apps which are evil. some activities like scrolling through social media and watching movies makes us happy but it must be limited. You will pick your mobile phone for scrolling after a minute you keep that aside.
3. Challenge your brain to not indulge in these social media platforms
Make a small time gap and challenge yourself not to response a notification immediately unless it is very important. the best you can do is by turning off notifications.
Challenge your brain to learn new skill, finish a new book or reading new articles instead of scrolling social media sites. You may find it boring in the beginning but satisfaction you will get after doing all this will be on another level.
Make sure this realization doesn't take time that you are wasting most of your time on social media and these gadgets that were supposed to make our life easy but making us exhausted.
