Dear Respected Sir, My name is Bhavik Shah,i want to know if builder gets BU permission of scheme for his building, is he liable for service tax??,and in voluntary compliance Schme whether is he required to file return if he is filling VCES Form 1,and what % of abatement he is eligble,he has not paid since april,2010,please guide me for the above case.
