    Dear Sir, Person (shown as agriculturist in all the income tax return shown in past) had purchased an Agricultural Land in the year 2010. the same was converted into non agri in 2012. to be sold now. Satisfies the criteria of Rural agri land as per IT ac amended for AY 2014-15. Capital Gains applicable or not.

    Dear All, Our status on dvat site is "CANCELLED". Although we have filed our return and paid DVAT. What could be the cause for the same?? and what is the procedure for restoring the same TIN NO?? Thanks
