    I am trading in F & O . How to find turnover of Option Trading , According to ICAI Guideline:- 1) The total of positive and negative or favorable and unfavorable differences shall be taken as turnover. 2) Premium received on sale of options is to be included in turnover. So the difference of Option Trading is loss or profit but what is this premium received on sale of option is also be included in turnover means what suppose option buy Rs. 100/- sale of option is 120/- profit is Rs,20 how to find turnover net Difference is Rs.20/- and also premium received to be included i.e. Rs.120/- ? Or turnover is Rs.20/- or 20+120= 140/- ?

    Dear Sir, Is there any case law for capitalisation of Foreign exchange loss (Translation Loss)Because we have branch in USA and buying for asset for that branch when $ rate was 45 RS but Now $ rate is Rs 60+ Now we are facing huge amount of exchange loss (note-it is not int on borrowed amount from bank) it affects my(HO) profit.     Hi sir i make my pan card 10 yrs back, in that card my name was not correct, and that time i was not aware about the problem, and filled the return and transaction on that card. after 4-5 year back i lost my pan card, and i applied the new one with the help of pan card making agency. He took the charge from me . but when i receive the pan card name was ok but DOB was not OK. i start using it for my new transaction. at this time i came to my knowledge that it is offence, How can i rectify my old or new card and surrender one PAN card. i have the transactions on both cards. but i didn't use my old card no. from the day when i got the new one. please advise me
