    sir need your opinion on following: One of our mnc client has a mfg plant in mumbai . and they have changed their name few years back and currently registered as per new name. However, their electricty bills are in their previous registered name. so i want to know wether they will be allowed deduction of those electricity expenses under income tax ? and what other implications are there for above issue ?

    Sir, actually i have paid the late filing fee on TDS return as per the notice. But now my query was where i have to show that fee amount while filing revised TDS return? If i show that amount in "fee" coloumn it was not affecting anywhere and moreover it was showing that late filing fee may occur after submission of return. I think u have understand my query clearly. So, please guide me sir.
