    Dear Sir, Please guide me regarding this. The actual Scenario is: i) Company's principal business is Tour and Travel agency. COMPANY DID NOT CARRY OUT PRINCIPAL BUSINESS DURING THE YEAR, SO TURNOVER IS NIL. Ii) HOWEVER, during the year, Company received commission and consultancy fees (from REAL ESTATE BUSINESS) of Rs. 7 LACS from other company in which its director has significant influence which has been shown as OTHER INCOME in Balance Sheet. iii) Now the point is that, I have been informed that as per new act, other income should not be projected as turnover of the company and regarding the same a)while filling turnover details in FORM MGT-7 , should we give amount details of OTHER INCOME or should we fill Rs. 0 in the column. b) if required to fill the details, what business code should be provided in MGT-9, MGT-7 & AOC-4. PLEASE HIGHLIGHT THE SOLUTION. REGARDS,

    Hi, I have one Query Regarding Correction in Amount in Challan which has already Filled in Orignal Return with Wrong Amount. Because of this Challan is Matched in NSDL and Unmatched in OLTAS. Because of Wrong Amount Booked in NSDL their is Demand From TRACES. Can You Short out my This Query ???? Thanks in Advance.........
