    Hello Sir, I am Neha. I have a query regarding company Incorporation. I have filed INC-7 along with DIR-12 & INC-22 & Paid Fee & Stamp Duty. After 3 days got a mail to resubmit INC-7 as website was upgraded. I have downloaded new versions of form & trying to upload the same. But it is displaying a message mismatch of form.,What can I do now? Do we need to upload DIR-12 & INC-22 again?

    we have to purchase material from Uttra Khand by transport, he porvide us Billy for Rs. 5000/- as freight, we have partnership firm, can we pay service tax on this amount, if yes how much ratio.

    Dear sir Please Help me in this matter My salary Is 871488 out of which i am getting 108660 as HRA And i am paying 90000 As A Rent And i Have house also in which i shifted before 2 Months for that i had paid pre -construction intrest And principle 95578&22930 andi have Lic also for which i had paid 84902 rs nd PF is 43464 and mediclaim of rs 11171 So what investment i have to make to reduce it to Zero
