    Hi sir I read your previous comments, but i have query about to filling ITR for Refund for TDS, Which ITR should be file, and what to do if i do not have the cost of the land.

    Sir, My friend is an NRI-crew member, his stay in India was less than 100 days in 2014-15. Total Income was 15L and TDS of 40K was deducted, which ITR should be used and how will I show the income.

    HELLO, I NEED YOUR ADVISE. DIRECTORS ARE SELLING THE COMPANY TO OTHERS. AT PRESENT THE 4 DIRECTORS TO WHOM COMPANY IS SOLD ARE ADDED.THE CASE IS SUCH THAT A PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY IS HAVING 2 SHARE HOLDERS HAVING 9000 AND 1000 SHARES RESPECTIVELY. THEY ARE ALSO DIRECTORS OF THE PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY. NOW, THE 10000 SHARES NEED TO BE DIVIDED EQUALLY i.e. 2500 SHARES EACH. SO IS IT POSSIBLE? WHAT ARE THE OTHER FORMALITIES DONE OTHERTHAN FILING FORM SH-4.
