Hello Sir, I have sole proprietorship recruitment firm (since 2012) service tax registered under greater Noida address. I moved to Bangalore and moved my venture too. I want to make change in the service tax address too.I need to know what all documents would be required to change the address/what address proof will work for the new address. And how do I know exact jurisdiction for my address as I already tried 'know your location' on while filling the form but it is too complex. -

Sir, Our society has been registered u/s 12A and we got a notice for FY 2013-14 for filing of Audit report but our income was 1,97,000 for that year. What would be the better thing to do, should we write a letter to ITO that our income was below the taxable limits or shall we file 10B report? Please advice us sir. -
