    Dear Sir, Can you please explain the existing position regarding VAT applicabilityin Kerala for the following items: 1.On free samples provided to dealers. 2.Zero Value billing for Free Replacement item against Manufacturing defect. Could you please provide any applicable case law or source from which I can get a clear picture?

    Dear sir after acknowledge reciept is printed out should I wait for online st2 to come or first I have to submit hard copy then st2 will come.Also how to submit hard copy should i go physically or by post.I am from Mumbai.
