: TDS OB GRAPHIC DESIGNING WORK
Hi, need your expert review. Mine is a proprietorship graphic designing work turnover 75 lakhs, company for which i was doing work was deducting 2% TDS on payments. Now they are saying to deduct 10 % TDS as putting us in Professional Service. pls help with relevant reference as they are asking for reference not to put in 10% slab. thanks -
