    hello sir, i have old ser.reg but when 2 year ago it is convert in pancard base by law. my ca gives the application for this and surrender the original certi. but till now he can not get the amended or renew service tax registration in between we have no work for the construction so we not make any service tax invoice but in last november2012 one work we get and my staff make invoice with the service tax. now how can i pay the service tax? please guide me.

    Dear Sir, proposed to undertake interior design works worth Rs.12 lakhs. Raw materials will be provided by the service recipient. We provide only labours. They have instructed to issue wage voucher below Rs.5000. Is there any limit like above for issue of vouchers.
