    Huf property Partion as on 30.11.1992 one share holder MR X hold 555(AreaDCML) out of which( 100 Area DCML)sold to mr y Rs 8 lacks as on 10.4.2007,and balance 455area dcml transfer to builder as on 03.06.2009 for construction of 38 flats out of which land owner hold 12flats and received 40lacks as security (Refundable) and flats completed in 12-13 f.y land owner unable to refund the security by which he sold 2 flats out of 12 flats to builder Rs 43,90,000.00 and out Rs 40 lacks , he invested in 2 lacks in lic and 3 lacks in f.d and balance Rs 35 lacks in 10flats what is the capital gain tax and capital gain?
