    I would like to know that what is process of resigning the current auditor in case of differences/ dis-agreement in fees charged by him and what company is willing to pay his service in case he is no co-operating. Can a company appoint a new auditor in above scenario and proceed with audit of accounts where the current auditor does not resign, or not communicate to new auditor. What option company have, since as per the law new auditor can only work if he gets NOC and communication from current auditor. Thanks & regards
