    Dear Sir, I have got 152 marks in cs executive june,2011 2nd group as follows: Company Law 64 Economic and Labour Laws 32 Securities Laws and Compliances 56 will I be elegible to exemption both in Company Law as well as Securities Laws and Compliances,because I am having in 2 subjects an aggregate of 60%. If yes,I also want to ask that what is the procedure for claiming the above two exemptions and what is time limit. Thanks Pls do reply.

No the file was selected for scrutny case and AO May Disallowed this expenses.
