    hello sir....i have opted for commerce in 11th....i would like to pursue CA...but i have not opted for maths and i knw CPT requires maths and that too of 11th and 12th..i am planning to take extra tutions.....Secondly.....which izz the best coaching in India that achieves highest all india ranks in CA......pleazz help me sir! thanxx a lot!

    In a LLP can the partner, who is a company (X Ltd.) with 55% share in such LLP ,pay such LLP's loan installment. Such loan is a foreign currency supplier's line of credit. Moreover the partner Company (X Ltd.) has a EEFC Account, through which it wishes to pay such Loan. Can such transaction be carried out by X ltd? Further will there be any violation as per FEMA?
