    DEAR SIR, MY QUESTION IS THAT, I HAVE A PROPRIETORSHIP CONCERN, I HAVE REGISTERED WITH TDS WARD, BECAUSE, MY TURNOVER WAS TAX AUDIT, NOW MY TURNOVER IS BELOW TAX AUDIT AND I HAVE NOT DEDUCTED TDS ON PAYMENT AND NOT FILE TDS RETURN, LET ME KNOW THAT IS THERE ANY EXEMPTION FOR NO FILING OF TDS RETURN FOR THE REASON TURNOVER BELOW TAX AUDIT.     Dear sir we are having pvt. ltd company which is subsidiary of pvt. ltd company. This subsidiary company business is grating Incorporate loan and receiving inter corporate loan its gross income 50 % from finance shall we have to register with rbi for NBFC
