    Respected Sir/Madam, My Query is regarding 1) A CA student who is in FINAL just having left 4 months of Articleship. 2) Can anyone carry on a Business in his name ? 3) If YES, then he got a TDS deducted in his name on doing a Jobwork business. 4) Then whether he can file a return to get the refund. 5) If he files the return, whether he would in any trouble for his CA Final ?? Your Answer will highly Apprecialble !! Please Reply Soon !
