    ello how we calculate rate of dep suppose time is 15 year rv is 25 lac n historical cost is 250 lac and how we calculate "K" if price =20 grow rate20% for 5 year and 10%per year after that what is expected return plz in detail in formula u4 understant i thinhk in 1st we calculate log in 2nd irr but i dont know interpolation plz some easy way to find out all interpolation thanks plz reply

    Hi Good morning can u please Gide about Under section 76, the penalty 200 Rs. per day.. And maximum penalty of Rs. 2000 is applicable for the late filling of return .So my question is when started 200/-penalty when recd service tax notice or before notice..i am explain below I.e. Our Total service tax for the Qtr Apr'09 to Jun'09 is Rs. 8282 Our due date for Payment is 5/7/2009 but We pay the same on today 25/01/2010 so we r 204 days late. So the penalty will be 40800 (200*204) and the interest amount will be 6018 (29.50 interest per day so 204*29.50). And final payble is 82821(Service Tax) + 40800 (penalty) + 6018 (Interest) = 129639 It's right or wrong...please advise...and give me regarding penalty notification or judgment Thanx in advance
