    I have a doubt regarding AS-11 A company makes a sales on 1st march 2010 amounting 1 lalkh u.s. dollar. Bill of entry was prepared on 10th march 2010. On 20th April 1 lakh sale proceeds of u.s. dollar the company receives. The company takes Foward cover to avoid fluctuations in the currency rate. Date Fwd Rate Spot Rate 1/3/10 43.00 42.00 10/3/10 44.00 43.50 31/3/10 42.50 41.50 20/4/10 42.25 41.25 Please provide me its very urgent. Also tell me how much profit/loss are to be booked as on 31st march 2010. With regards, Rajesh

    1)If Taxconsultant apoint to C.A. for doing VAT Audit of his clints then who can raise the bills regarding Vat Audit on clints? 2)Whether Tax cunsultant can raise bill? 3)How can C.A. raise bills on the clints of Tax Consultant? 4) What will be the right way if Consultant want to hand over audits of his clints to C.A.?

    Hi, I have invested 75% of the net consideration amount in purchase of a new house & I plan to invest the remainign 25% of the net consideration for the improvement, repair of the new house bought.     i saw the mark sheets of toppers. They also get not more than 70 in itsm. why ? can we not get better marks in this subject ?
