    Sir I have a query regarding rent in arrears of office premises for A.Y. 2008-09 ,2009-10, 2010-11, 2011-12 paid in A.Y. 2013-14. Is rent in arrears paid in A.Y. 2013-14 is an allowable expense from the PGBP income of the assesse for A.Y. 2013-14. Please give me your precious advice on this matter as soon as possible.

    I have a question Suppose there is an Insurance Company which a subsidiary of another company (Holding Company - take for example a listed company) then how do we convert the Financials of Insurance Company which are prepared as per IRDA requirement into Revised Schedule VI for the purpose of Consolidation with Holding Company Ex.Tata AIA Life Financials are presented in format prescribed in PART V of Schedule A of IRDA Regulation, 2002 and Tata Sons as per Companies act in Revised Schedule VI format... And is it mandatory for CPT route students to complete ITT and Orientation programme before sitting for IPCC exams under the new scheme
