Hi, I am not a CA, so am haveing a trouble understanding AAD funda. I understand it is specific to power sector. Could you please share with me an example how to treat it in the financial statement. Dear I am Holding a ***Pvt.Ltd Company*** in Kolkata. Presently I am Planning to offer a Self-Management Course. Did I need any other certificate other than Trade License as I am Already registered under company act-1956(1 of 1956)and in object clause of MA company it is mentioned that we can establish a training centre?
